Financial Policies

Our primary goal is not to allow the cost of treatment prevent you from benefiting from the quality care you need or desire. In our office, we will strive to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.

Our fees are based on the quality materials we use and the time, effort, and skill required in performing your necessary treatment. We charge what is the usual and customary for our area. We will assist you with your benefit eligibility before treatment to help you calculate your costs and maximize your insurance. We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances and do everything possible to help you achieve oral health. Ultimately, however, you are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company´s arbitrary determination of usual and customary rates.

Our office is committed to helping you get the greatest return from your insurance benefits. Insurance is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion is payable at the time of service.

We allow your insurance company 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

If you need financial assistance, we will be happy to present our payment options to you. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We offer a 5% discount for all treatment over $1,000 paid in cash or check at time of service. In addition, we offer CareCredit, a patient payment program offering a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1 and up.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved just for you. If you should need to reschedule your appointment, we require a 48-hour notice.
