Intra-Oral Camera

Seeing the same view of the inside of your mouth at the same time as we do is now possible with the intra-oral camera. The intra-oral camera is amazing!

You can sit back comfortably in the chair while the dentist or hygienist gently inserts a pen-sized, camera-tipped wand into your mouth. Covered with a sterile plastic sheath, the wand simply takes a video of the inside of your mouth and transmits the images to a monitor. This allows us to review findings and treatment options with you while images of your mouth are displayed, so you are actively involved in any treatment decisions. It's like getting a grand tour of your teeth and gums. Our patients love this because most of them have never had an up-close and personal view of their dental health.
